Terms of Service

1. Process

-The process of the Illustration. I will first sketch what the final illustration will most likely look like, and then ask you if you are satisfied with it. After you are satisfied with the sketch, I will then need you to pay half of the whole cost to avoid scams. After the payment has been done, I will go through lineart, coloring, rendering, final touches for everything. And then it's done.-You can ask me anytime how the illustration is going. You may also ask me to see the illustration in progress. However it will be covered with a watermark of some sorts to avoid it getting stolen.

-It will take me up to 2 weeks maximum to finish the illustration, starting from the sketch up to the final version. (Considering I still have college stuff and other things to do, as well as the difficulty of the commission)-I will only send them as PNG and JPEG files (if you need them in another format, let me know and I'll see if I can make it happen for you).-I will send the commission or illustration to you via Gmail, Twitter, Discord, or with sites like Mediafire to avoid losing the quality. Granted payment has been done.

2. Payment & Refunds

-Half of the whole cost must be paid after the sketch is approved by the commissioner.-When the illustration is finally finished, I will ask for the last half of the whole cost before sending the illustration to you.-Paypal and GCash are the only available ways to pay for now.-I will not accept refunds, BUT you are free to hold or pause the commission in progress for however long you need it to be in hold to not pay for now. But you need to update me at least once every week about it or else I will cancel or take down the commission due to inactivity.-Note that I will be using Paypal Invoices for Paypal Payments.-The finished piece or commission will be put in hold or not be sent to commissioner until the illustration has been paid. Once you do, let me know and I will check.-Open for Commercial Commissions! The estimated cost for the commercial rights will be talked upon in detail in Direct Messages.

3. Copyright / Usage Policy

I, JayceeAnims, the artist, have every right to the illustration I created. Therefore:-I can use it for self-promotion like Speedpaint Videos or Social Media Posts.
-I can display or post it anywhere I want to (with mention to commissioner's name if they want to).
-I can use it for business reasons like using it to make a portfolio or a showcase of my works.
-I have authority or ownership over the illustration.
-I have the right to turn down any commission or pause it due to reasons (will let you know beforehand if I will do so we can talk about it first).

You, Commissioner, have these following rights and rules that apply to you for the illustration I created:-You can use it for personal use or for non-profitable reasons. (unless you paid for commercial use rights)
-You cannot use or post it to advertise or promote your brand. (unless you paid for commercial use rights) But you can post it if it's not for branding purposes
-You cannot change anything in the original illustration and call it "official", this includes the whole illustration, or the signature
-You may request changes, edits, or corrections to the sketches-YOU WILL NOT AND CANNOT USE THE ILLUSTRATION OR COMMISSION FOR AI PURPOSES SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO: FEEDING IT INTO AN AI IMAGE GENERATOR.(Breaking these rules will result to you getting in trouble, possibly legal troubles)

4. Will Draw & Will not Draw

I will and can draw the following:-Commercial Commissions
-Anime Characters
-Your Characters
-My Characters
-Humanoid Characters
-Glorified Stickmen
-Game Characters
-Cartoon Characters
-SFW
-Mild Tease/NSFW
-Mild Gore
-Mild Mecha("Mild" meaning = Only little)I will not and cannot draw the following:-Mecha
-Gore
-NSFW
-Not-so-humanoid Characters(If your commission does not relate to any of the things listed above OR you want to commission me with something but it is in the "cannot draw" list, we can talk about it and see if I can make it possible.)
